30-day money-back guarantee

Vertex Digital offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on LiveLingo. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date — including monthly plans and the one-time setup and onboarding fee.

How to request a refund

Payments are processed by our reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for all orders. To request a refund, visit paddle.net and enter the email address you used at checkout, or contact Vertex Digital using the email address on your receipt and we will pass the request on. Paddle's refund policy also applies.

Cancelling a plan

You can cancel a monthly plan at any time. Cancelling stops future charges, and you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Refunds outside the 30-day window are considered case by case — for example, a billing error or a period you were unable to use because of a fault on our side.
