Questions we hear a lot

Do guests need an account?
No. They open the site, type your code, and start reading.
Which languages can we use?
You speak English and pick the room's language from a long list — Spanish, French, Portuguese, Haitian Creole, Swahili and many more.
What do we need in the building?
One device with a microphone for the speaker, and normal phone internet or Wi-Fi for guests.
Can we cancel?
Yes — cancel any time and you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. See our refund policy.
