For schools & districts

Every family follows parent night in their language

Instead of booking interpreters for each language, speak once and let families read along on the phones they already carry. Works for parent nights, IEP information sessions, enrollment meetings and staff training.

How a session runs

01

Start a room for the meeting

Open LiveLingo on the laptop at the podium and start a session — one room per language line.

02

Hand out the 6-character code

Put the code on a slide or a printed half-sheet at the door. Families type it in, no account needed.

03

Speak normally

Each sentence appears translated on every phone in the room while you keep talking.

Questions we hear a lot

Do families need to download anything?
No. They open the site, type the code and start reading in their language.
Can we cover several languages at one meeting?
Yes — Pro runs 3 rooms at once and Multi-site is unlimited, so each language group gets its own code.
Does this replace certified interpreters?
It covers general communication like announcements, presentations and Q&A. For legally required services such as IEP meetings, keep your certified interpreter and use LiveLingo as an extra support.
What do we need in the room?
One device with a microphone for the speaker, plus normal Wi-Fi or phone data for families.
